RACE PROGRAM INFORMATION: This is urgent, I need your info- owner/driver name, class, sponsors, hometown for the program!! If you're racing Long Beach I need you to email Ross back by Wednesday, July 20th- email@example.com
RACE CIRCULAR & ENTRY FORM: Attached to this email - All participants must fill out a race entry and send it back to Jeannie (email preferred method). Payment is NOT required to be pre-registered! Please click on the link for the race circular & entry form and SCSC membership form (attached).
PRE-REGISTRATION: MANDATORY!!! Please fill out the attached (editable document) entry form, save it and email it over to Jeannie Doidge (email address:firstname.lastname@example.org ) before Wednesday, August 3rd so she can create the race packets for the ARP Long Beach Sprint Nationals presented by Nick Rose Insurance. This will help speed everyone through registration/credentials on Friday/Sat. morning. Note: Payment is not mandatory with pre-registration. If paying by CC, attached to this email is the Credit Card Authorization form. Please fill it out completely and email it over to Jeannie Doidge - email@example.com along with your entry form. Cash, Check or CC will be accepted on-site. Note: Attached to this email is the new SCSC Membership form, all owners/driver's/riders and crew that working on the boat in the pits must join if you haven't done so already (ie: Burley).
ON-SITE REGISTRATION: Friday, August 5th from Noon until 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 6th from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (sharp!) All participants must clear registration. You will be give 8 wrist bands with your entry. Additional wrist bands will be 1/2 price ($10/wristband) and available at registration. Reminder: All families and crew members must sign the waiver and receive a wrist band! MOVE IN: Friday, August 5th after 11:00 am (Noon) unless otherwise announced.- NOTE: DO NOT line up prior to 10:00 a.m. and please do not block the bridge. Only entry is off Appian Way through main gate (at closed end of stadium) or pit gate. The pit manager will direct you where to go upon arrival. DO NOT park yourself !!! The pit managers will take you to your pre-designated spot.
ENCLOSED TRAILERS: Due to the limited room at the Stadium, we are asking that if possible please bring your street trailer. However, if all you have is an enclosed trailer you must contact Pit Manager Jay Littlejohn (951) 532-5333 and let him know your class, boat # and size of your enclosed trailer. If you have the same rig as last year, please text Jay (same number) let him know who is texting him, class, etc. and let him know that nothing has changed. SAFETY: All Race Teams must have 1~ 20BC (or larger) fire extinguisher per City of Long Beach in each pit. No Smoking in the pits and no alcohol in pits. Strictly enforced. Race Fuel: Call Brian Busby with Amber Racing Fuels at (949)- 870-5773 CAMPING: There is NO MOTORHOME Camping in the pits unless you have a toy hauler, living area inside your enclosed trailer where the boat is also stored, or are towing/launching your boat with a truck with a camper. Motorhome camping is only on the North Side of stadium and is currently sold out. There is a 10:00 p.m. light's out policy which is strictly enforced on Friday and Saturday night.
DOGZ DRIVER'S PARTY, RACE BOAT DISPLAY & DRIVER'S AUTOGRAPH SESSION PRESENTED BY NICK ROSE INSURANCE: Friday night starting at 5:30 p.m. at DOGZ Bar & Grill on 2nd Street & Glendora (very close to Stadium) food, drink discounts!!! Driver's Party Flyer Attached to this email. NOTE: There will be a police escort (time TBA) over to DOGZ Bar & Grill for the boats going on display. All Driver's on the poster or displaying your boat at DOGZ please bring your Team Shirt or driver's uniform for the autograph signing session (approx. 30 - 45 minutes). SCSC will provide posters, bring your own sharpie to sign autographs. NON RACE VEHICLES: NO Vehicles will be allowed into the pits unless towing a trailer on race days. Please plan on getting to the pits early (before 7:00 a.m.) and parking extra vehicles on Appian Way or $20/vehicle in Marine Stadium parking lot.

The Best Western Golden Sails is the host hotel for the 2016 ARP Long Beach Sprint Nationals Presented by Nick Rose Insurance on August 6 & 7 - please click on the attached flyer for all reservation information. Please note that the racer rate drop dead date is Tuesday, July 5th! After that date no racer rate will be extended to any teams. Please make your reservation at your earliest convenience as rooms are limited! More information coming!
